Base:
2 medium onions
1 clove garlic
½ dl vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp liquid smoke
¼ tsp chipotle pepper
400 gr cooked green lentils
2 tbsp tomato purree
4 medium tomatos
Chop the onions and the garlic and fry in the oil until golden brown. Add the rest of the ingredients
and cook overmedium heat for about 10 minutes. Add more salt if needed. Put in a baking dish and
top with potato mash.
Potato mash
300 gr cooked potatos
200 gr cooked sweet potatos
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
½ dl coconut milk
½ tsp cracked red pepper
Mix everything together until smooth. Pipe or scoop on top of lentil mixture and bake at 190°C for
about 30 minutes.
