1 avocado
1 lime
6 dates
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp seasalt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Handful of greens of your choice
Handful of nuts of your choice
Slice the avocado. Squeeze the lime and sprinkle the avocado with lime juice. Slice the dates. Mix all
the ingredients lightly together. Serve either on it‘s own with some garlic bread or as a side dish with
a Mexican or Spanish dish. F.ex. Gazpacho or Tortilla soup.
